Answer:   ESI monitors and manages your webMethods services. It captures the service execution data and uses Splunk to process it in real-time, building a live representation of what is happening on your ESB and connected IT Systems.
ESI dashboards show you the big picture by aggregating data – for example, the average response times of a service or the status of a platform. You can also drill-down and find out exactly what happened in a particular service invocation.
Since dealing with all this complexity and data volume is overwhelming for humans, ESI uses AI and Machine Learning algorithms to detect anomalies and direct attention to where it is needed.
