If you meant to check the canonicals published and retrieval status, then one way is you can do that from MWS and go and check in the corresponding clients queue for the documents. In the earlier versions 6, there was a component named Document Type with which you track the canonicals published across.'DOCUMENT TRACKER'..When you mean track, please elaborate what you intend exactly.
